I’m a transplant in Arizona from MA/Cape Cod. Fortunately, I only have to look as far as the Salt Cellar Restaurant in Scottsdale for fresh New England seafood. I love clam chowder. I do not like the knock off, canned clam chowder you get at so many restaurants. Clam chowder should be creamy and buttery not gelatinous. The Salt Cellar definitely has the best I have found outside of Cape Cod.
Today, I am lovin’ on a bowl and a beer. A great way to spend a Friday evening.
Today I am one happy clam!
